Born in Lisbon, Portugal, Linda Falcão is a civil rights lawyer and mediator, founder of the fundraising organization America Serves, and new artist using art as provocative social commentary. “Triumph of the Tampons,” celebrating female empowerment, is the first of a trio of Shadowbox Truths. She is currently working on “Unborn babies have daddies too,” and “I’d rather put it in the bank than on my face.” She previously exhibited her photography in local shows in PA, MD, and NC, and had a reading from her screenplay “Out Flying Past My Bedtime” at the New Hope Film Festival.
