The Art of Preservation: A Workshop

Join Artspace New Haven for a food preservation workshop with Chef Steve Roberts. Bring your own veggies or make some of ours and share some with your neighbors! Every culture in the world has developed its own methods of preservation and we will demonstrate practices from all over the world.
Come out and learn how to add splashes of color and texture to your meals. The beautiful colors and hues of the vegetables provide a much-needed pop of color during a dreary, grey, winter.
The Art of Preservation: A Workshop is a program that expands themes in Ilana Harris-Babou: Revelations exhibition, on view September 17–December 3, 2022. For in-person programs, Artspace encourages mask-wearing and social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19 within our community.
