Kathryn Frund

Frund poses questions about the complex relationship between nature and humanity. Her work opens dialogues around sustainable practices and human connectivity through cutting, deconstruction, and reassembling clothing and nautical charts. She is interested in addressing the notions of transcendence and restitution. She participated in residencies at MacDowell Colony and AIR/Newport Art Museum and received a CT Sea Grant.
