I loved being a potter. I thought this was my life’s work until I tried my hand at printmaking. Both are indirect mediums. What you see is not what you get. The heat of the kiln plus other variables determine the outcome of the glazes on the object. Just so, the thickness of the inks, the tightness of the press and other variables determine the outcome of the print. I will show a new series of prints this year where I play with inks, pencils and collage.
