New Work 97

New Work 97 exhibited a striking array of mixed media installation, sculpture and wall construction created by artists from the United States and the Netherlands. Two local artists were among the selected New Work 97 artists: Eileen Doktorski from New Haven and Kenneth Hanson from Orange. Also included in the exhibition was the artwork of Juror’s Choice artists, David Krepfle, Ellen Leo, and Paul Villinski, who were selected by Juror Marion Griffiths to exhibit their work in the Artspace Juror’s Choice exhibition in January, 1998.
