Joan Fitzsimmons, Sharon Kurland, and David Skora

Joan Fitzsimmons, Sharon Kurland, and David Skora included paintings by Kurland and Skora and photographs by Fitzsimmons. Skora’s work for the show dealt with mysticism, dream fragments, and subconcious imagery. Kurland’s series told a narrative of life in a middle class family where a child is being abused physically, sexually, emotionally, and/or by neglect. Fitzsimmons’ Geometric Planes and Emotional Spheres was an installation of large-scale, black and white photographs of various shapes.
