For the Birds was an exploration into the fascination with birds and bird imagery in contemporary art. The show was accompanied by a bird watching tour in the woodlands of Greater New haven, a goosing demonstration, and screenings of Alfred Hitchcock’s The Birds and Jacques Perrin’s Winged Migration.
