Curatorial Services Open Call
Artspace New Haven welcomes submissions of current available artwork (2D, 3D, and new media works) for consideration in our Curatorial Services initiative. In dialogue with local businesses, Artspace launched Curatorial Services as a way to bring the work of local and regional artists into spaces outside of our Artspace building at 50 Orange St. These spaces range from offices to theaters and shops in the New Haven and greater New Haven areas.
Selected Regional Artists will submit a list (title, media, size) for view at each site, in addition to a price list for works available for sale (ready to be installed, either framed, or you have hardware and instructions ready to be relayed to curator). Selected artists will be paid a flat fee for loaning their work dependent on scale and media. Artspace New Haven will curate, install, and de-install at each site. Details concerning access to the space (based on the business) and COVID-19 measures will be outlined prior to any commitments.
